ENERGY & MASSAGE (Reiki and Massage)
Beskrivelse
This session blends a full-body relaxing massage with Reiki energy healing for an experience that goes beyond the body.
It helps restore emotional balance, relieve anxiety, and realign your energy field.
Perfect when you're going through transitions, feeling disconnected, or simply need to return to yourself fully.
The massage itself is about one hour, with an additional ~30 minutes for the pre-session intake and the post-session chat. I recommend planning a little extra time in case we run over.
Esta sesión combina un masaje corporal relajante con reiki, generando una experiencia que va más allá del cuerpo físico.
Ayuda a equilibrar emociones, aliviar ansiedad y alinear tu campo energético.
Ideal si estás en momentos de cambio, desconexión o querés volver a vos misma/o profundamente.
El masaje dura aproximadamente una hora.
