Purpose: A heart-centered ritual to open, align and set intention. This experience combines upper-body massage, Reiki and NLP tools to help you release tension and consciously work on a theme that matters to you. The session begins with your chosen intention something you’d like to heal, transform or open... Because real change starts from the heart.

A gentle but powerful ritual designed to help you reconnect with your heart and set a conscious intention.
It includes an upper-body massage (neck, back, shoulders and chest with floral aromatherapy), Reiki energy alignment, and NLP coaching tools to integrate your intention through the body.

You’re invited to come with a theme in mind: something you’d like to work on or release. If you’re unsure, message me before your session and we’ll define it together.

Available in-person (Copenhagen) or online for the energy part.
